Immune Boosting Ginger Shot Recipe

I decided with all the sickness going around I needed to boost my immune system. So I did some research and came up with a recipe for ginger shots. This recipe has multiple ingredients meant to help with health and specifically the immune system.

Citrus juice is high in a lot of nutrients but specifically vitamin C or ascorbic acid. It works as an antioxidant to protect cells from damage.

Honey is filled with all sorts of good stuff for your body. It is most commonly known for its ability to be a natural antibiotic, whether inside or outside of the body.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been know to be useful against harmful bacteria for ages. It is packed with antioxidants just as citrus juice.

Ginger is another item that has been used for years for healing. It has properties in it that work as a natural anti-inflammatory.

Tumeric is also a powerful natural anti-inflammatory.

Natural Ginger Shots:

  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground tumeric

Wisk ingredients together in bowl and place in jar to store. Store in refrigerator. Take 2 tbsp per day to boost immune system naturally.
